Every day while we were in Morocco we had Moroccan Mint Tea and loved its antioxidant agents giving us a thirst quenching taste and full feeling between meals.
Here is how to do it:
- Boil the water.
- Place green tea into the teapot and pour one cup of the boiling water over the tea.
- Add the fresh mint. Submerge both leaves and stems in the tea.
- Add the sugar cubes or sugar.
- Serve hot or cold.
