- Almonds. We are a fan of good healthy snacks and we always have almonds in our back.
- Water. You can never drink enough water.
- Dried Fruit. Apricots or Figs are the best recommended options for when they starve you on flights.
P.S.–We are heading into that time in the afternoon here on the eastcoast where we are in need of FIKA or snack. Its coffee o’clock.
